How the articles are made

01

Start with a real question

Each article is based on a supplied video transcript. Relevant PDF reports and published research provide the scientific context. Exercise demonstrations that cannot be reliably interpreted from text are not turned into tutorials.

02

Separate findings from interpretation

Reported data, calculated examples and conceptual summaries are labelled separately. Personal experience is not presented as a controlled trial, and findings in knees or engineered tissues are not treated as proven wrist protocols.

03

Keep the sources visible

Numbered references link the discussion to publications. Original supplied PDFs are available alongside relevant articles. The figures explain their population, units and limitations.

An editorial synthesis, not a transcript

The articles combine the channel material with its evidence, rather than reproducing every claim from the narration. The wording preserves uncertainty where the data do not establish cause, a universal dose or a safe individual training load. Publication and edition dates are not presented as video upload dates.

Questions and corrections

For a content question, use the linked video discussion. Include the article title and the reference or figure concerned. Some video links lead to a clearly labelled topic search because the supplied archive did not include all video addresses.
